Exclusion of liability
Use of the Blood pressure App is subject to the following terms and conditions. Persons using this App and accessing information agree to these terms and conditions without reservation.
1. The Blood pressure App serves as support of your personal monitoring of the blood pressure and your health constitution. A blood pressure device is required for the measurement. Additional costs can arise.
2. The Blood pressure App doesn't replace any regular visit to a doctor. It is not being used to make diagnoses, administer treatment, prescribe medications, or order tested. The information and software application contained is provided as an educational service, which can assist the user in his personal research on his blood pressure or other health concerns in close cooperation with the members of the health service. Any information provided is not medical advice and should not be substituted for regular consultation with the doctor. Particularly, if you have any concerns about your health, please contact your doctor office immediately.
3. Use of the Blood pressure of App is solely at your own risk. Bit&Becker GbR excludes the liability for the risks arising out of use of this App. Any liability for direct or indirect personal, financial or property loss suffered shall be declaimed. Particularly economic and physical damages arising out of wrong diagnosis, treatment and medication are excluded.
4. The Blood pressure App is available 24 hours a day over the internet. Bit&Becker GbR is not liable for interruptions to the connection due to external factors. Bit&Becker GbR reserves the right to implement measures that in its opinion are necessary for technical or operational reasons or for maintenance or security purposes. During the period of implementation of such measures, unlimited access may be restricted. The user is responsible for the existence of a fully functional internet connection. Bit&Becker GbR is not liable for defects that arises due to a faulty internet connection employed by the user.
5. Bit&Becker GbR take measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. Bit&Becker GbR take precaution to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All sensitive information is stored on a secured server protected from unauthorized access by an access control system. However, Bit&Becker GbR cannot guarantee the confidentially of any communication or material transmitted over the Internet.
Bit&Becker GbR agree to respect your privacy and treat all data that we receive from you as confidential. To ensure privacy of your data, never share your username and password with anyone who you don't want to access your data.
6. Bit&Becker GbR's use of any personal information you provide to it is set in the current privacy regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany.
7. Bit&Becker GbR reserves the right that parts of this App or the complete publication including all services and informations might be modified, extended partly or completely deleted by Bit&Becker GbR. Bit&Becker GbR reserves the right to make the service liable to costs at any time without giving notice.
8. This agreement and the resulting relationship between Bit&Becker GbR and the user are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
9. Should a term or condition or any section or part thereof become void or for any reason be declared invalid, the remaining sections of the terms, conditions or clauses shall in no manner affected by this but shall remain in full force.
